Senior Geologist
Kris is a Senior Engineering Geologist with 12 years of experience in the critical infrastructure sector. His portfolio includes planning and managing geotechnical characterizations for dams, mines, pipelines, and transportation corridors. Throughout his career, he has led site investigations and geologic hazard assessments to drive risk-based decision making. These analyses are essential for informing both engineering design and long-term mitigations.

His technical expertise is grounded in GIS and field-based geomorphic mapping. Furthermore, Kris specializes in lidar interpretation, change detection, and subsurface investigations. His specialized hazard analysis skills cover landslides, rockfall, and neotectonics. Beyond his technical contributions, Kris is a dedicated advocate for field safety and has served on multiple health and safety committees.
