Wade Osborne, PE
Senior Associate Engineer Wade has 21 years of geotechnical engineering experience in the western US and Polynesia. His experience includes geotechnical engineering and construction services for a variety of dam, levee, and transportation projects. Wade specializes in dam safety studies, levee setback design, levee rehabilitation, shoreline stabilization, landslide evaluation and mitigation, foundations, retaining structures, geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring, drainage improvements, earthquake engineering, seismic risk studies, and constructability evaluation. Wade has a particularly strong background in construction services for dam safety modifications and new levee embankments. He also served as the Resident Engineer and Construction Specialist for the stabilization of 12 ancient landslides on the US-20 Highway Realignment, which was the largest Design-Build project in history of the Oregon Department of Transportation. The construction work spanned over five years and involved massive earthworks, rock anchor installations, and drilling for over 100 miles of horizontal drains. |
